2012 Distinguished Service Award
Congratulations to Janet Ward Black.
At the April 18th member meeting Harriett T. Smalls presented the 2012 Distinguished Service Award to Janet Ward Black. This award is the highest honor that the Greenboro Bar Association can bestow.
The award was created to honor and recognize those who have exhibited a deep devotion to the legal profession and who have made enduring contributions both to the administration of justice and to the public good though unselfish service. Those receiving the award have exhibited the highest ethical standards of professionalism and have set a worthy example for others to follow.
